Every creator, subscriber, and visitor on Flinta agrees to the following when they use our platform. These guidelines protect your privacy, your content, and the people you interact with. Violations are taken seriously and may result in permanent account termination.
You Must Be 18+
Age verification is required at sign-up. Using a fake identity, fake age, or impersonating another person will result in an immediate permanent ban. No exceptions.
Protect Each Other's Privacy
Never share, screenshot, or redistribute another user's private messages, voice notes, or subscriber-only content outside of Flinta. Doing so is a violation of these guidelines and may constitute a breach of applicable law.
Respect Auto-Delete
If a creator or subscriber sets a message or piece of media to auto-delete, attempting to capture or preserve that content is a direct violation of their privacy and these guidelines.
Zero Tolerance: Minors
Any content depicting, involving, or targeting individuals under 18 is absolutely forbidden and will be reported to the relevant authorities. This is our strictest rule — there is no appeal process for this violation.
Respectful Conduct
Harassment, threats, hate speech, and targeted abuse have no place on Flinta. This includes unsolicited explicit messages, coercive behaviour in DMs, or attempts to intimidate a creator into sharing content they haven't offered.
Voice Notes & Audio
Voice notes are a core part of Flinta. The same rules that apply to text and visual content apply here — no threats, no non-consensual recording of third parties, and no voice content intended to harm or intimidate.
Keep Transactions On-Platform
Soliciting payments off-platform — bypassing Flinta's subscription and messaging payment system — is prohibited. It removes your consumer protection and creator protection rights, and may result in account suspension.
Consent in Content
Every individual who appears in your content must have given informed, explicit consent. You must be able to provide documented proof of consent for all people visible in content you post. Simulated or implied consent is not sufficient.
Report Violations
If you see content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, use the in-app report button or email support@flinta.app. We review all reports and take action within 24 hours on serious violations.
Important Notice
Flinta provides a secure and discreet platform, but we are not liable for the choices you make in private conversations or off-platform interactions. You are solely responsible for your conduct. Exercise good judgment — discreet billing and auto-deleting messages protect your privacy on Flinta, but they cannot protect you from decisions made outside it.
